Physicist, Engineer or Computer Scientist (m/f)
You will work on the improvement of high-accuracy tracking systems. This implies the implementation and evaluation of precise calibration and measurement methods in the field of photogrammetry and computer vision.
We expect:
- a university degree in physics, engineering or computer science.
- experienced programming skills in C/C++
- experience in algorithm prototyping and data analysis e.g. in Matlab
- a strong background in mathematics (esp. numerics)
You should have knowledge of some of the following areas (or explicit interest to become acquainted with):
- Close-range photogrammetry or geodesics, tracking systems
- Image processing
- Large-area navigation/positioning systems
- Sensor fusion
